Application Range

Advanced plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or blended in various proportions to achieve desired shades.

Dye Application

When these dyes dissolve in molten plastic, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added and evenly mixed into the plastic for pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted as needed. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright and transparent tones. When combined with an appropriate amount of titanium white powder and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque tones can be achieved. The dosage can be customized based on requirements, with typical usage being 0.02%-0.05% for transparent tones and around 0.1% for opaque tones.
